L.V.M.A Kids Program

Our Little lion's program is designed for students from 5 to 6 years old.  This class refers to an educational tool to prepare your child for school.

Students learn the principles of Tae Kwon Do, including kicking, punching, and blocking techniques, in a safe, fun, and positive environment.  Through our program, students will develop balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility.  Along with developing physical skills, students will also learn valuable life skills such as focus, self-control, respect, positive attitude, and gain confidence.  '

Taekwondo

The type of martial arts training that Kids or Adults will receive continues principally around our core style, Tae Kwon Do, but combined with our unique mix of practical and progressive methods for physical fitness and self-defense including, kickboxing, and grappling.  More importantly, we specialize in age-specific classes, which means we understand the different needs and abilities of children and thus, separate categories and teach age-appropriate lessons accordingly. We believe this is the ONLY and BEST way to teach children effectively.

Muay Thai Kickboxing

Our Muay Thai kickboxing program is flexibly designed so that everyone can enjoy the positive benefits of Muay Thai practice, regardless of age, skill level, gender, or size. In a fun and safe environment, students learn practical combat skills and take part in challenging training sessions that push them to grow beyond their perceived limits.

Mixed Martial Arts .

During our Mixed Martial Arts classes, students are taught the art of boxing by developing hand speed, punching power, footwork, stamina, and strong defensive skills. Students will learn practical and realistic movements that work in the ring as well as on the street. In addition to devastating hand strikes, each student is taught the finer points of all the Martial Arts kicks while concentrating on power and technique. Muay Thai, Wrestling, and Grappling techniques are besides incorporated in these classes.
