LITTLE TIGER'S PROGRAM
Ages 3-6 Years Old
 
Our Little tigers program is designed for students from 3 to 5 years old.  The program is used as an educational tool to prepare your child for school.
 
Students learn the principles of Tae Kwon Do, including kicking, punching, and blocking techniques, in a safe, fun, and positive environment.  Through our program, students will develop balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility.  Along with developing physical skills, students will also learn valuable life skills such as focus, self-control, respect, positive attitude and gain confidence.  Give your child the tools for success!
 
 
 
 
 
CHILDREN'S PROGRAM
Ages 7-11 Years Old
 
 
 
Our Children’s program is designed for students from 6 to 11 years old. Classes are designed to challenge them physically and mentally to bring out their full potential.
 
Through our program, students will develop the confidence, focus, respect, and discipline necessary to succeed in today’s society.  Students will also learn that Tae Kwon Do is not just a martial art, but a way of life.  Train to become a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and in Life!
 
 
 
 
 
TEEN'S PROGRAM
Ages 12-18 Years Old
 
 
 
 
 
Our Teen’s program is designed for students from 12 to 18 years old.  In this program, students will learn more in depth knowledge of the physical and mental aspects of the Korean Martial Art of Tae Kwon Do.
 
During these crucial teenage years, it is very important to have the confidence, self-esteem, self-respect, and leadership to deal with peer pressure and the physical and mental changes teenagers go through.  Our lifestyle program is designed to guide them during these years. Develop Leadership and Goal Setting through our Tae Kwon Do classes.  We are a Lifestyle program
 
 
 
 
 
 
   ADULT'S PROGRAM

Our Adult’s program is an excellent way to learn martial arts while having fun and relieving stress and getting into great shape.
 
·       Stretching to develop flexibility and circulation;
 
·       Calisthenics to develop speed, strength, and conditioning;
 
·       Forms training to develop focus, balance, and coordination;
 
·       Kicking and punching technique training to develop striking skills.
